Composed of two parallel buildings, joined together by a porticoed walkway, the Asciutti Mills are the work of Giacomo Tazzini and date back to 1834; inside you can admire the old gears, the two grinding rooms and the controls of the locks. They house the headquarters of CREDA, Center for Research Environmental Education Documentation, which offers environmental and sustainability education paths for schools, businesses and the opportunity for an outdoor learning experience for all.
Environmental and sustainability education paths at the Asciutti Mills center in the Monza Royal Palace Park offer teachers and students an outdoor learning experience. Based on experience and the pleasure of discovery, these trails use the environment to explore, collect data, and investigate natural phenomena, enabling participants to develop conceptual knowledge, investigative skills, and scientific problem solving skills.
