The idea behind the Olivettando educational restaurant is to create a facility in which students approach the world of work. All students collaborate in our tastings: apprentice cooks and pastry chefs, dining room and tourist reception students.
All subject skills, Italian, English, French, mathematics, economics and food, have an impact on the professional skills of the learners.
Especially the tourist reception students try their hand at reservations and manage the social media necessary to publicize our project; they design the centerpieces and draw up the menus.
