Built in 1776, at the behest of Cardinal Angelo Maria Durini, on a natural terrace, it completes the landscape scenery of Villa Mirabello, with which it was connected by an avenue of Hornbeams, forming a perspective cross-reference and a visual "telescope," interrupted in 1922 by the construction of a hippodrome and recently restored in order to recover the original residential layout.
Characterized by a "U" plan, the villa conceived as an annex used for parties and cultured entertainments for the Durini family's guests, has a raised central body with side wings articulated at a sharp angle around a courtyard.
