The farmstead features a typical Lombard structure with belvedere turret designed by Canonica, is surrounded by a beautiful garden of fruit trees, originally arranged in a radial pattern around the building. The farmhouse is home to the Monza Park Agricultural School, founded in 1902 by Aurelia Josz, creator of the first women's agricultural school in Italy, philanthropist, educator.
Today the school is a professional training center on a regional and national scale for gardeners, arboriculturists, floriculturists, foresters, technicians and designers.
In addition, it is home to a restaurant.
