The farmhouse is built around a rustic courtyard overlooked by stables and barns. Designed between 1805 and 1825 by Canonica and completed by Tazzini, it retains its traditional arched entrance. The older body, which housed the Park's "massari," features a two-story loggia supported by neoclassical columns. Luigi Tarantola, court architect in the Savoy era, oversaw its extension in 1894.
Today it is home to the Horse Riding Center Santa Maria alle Salve.
