The small building, the result of transformations carried out by Tazzini in 1840 i, is dominated by the pre-existing medieval brick tower; it is located in the center of a wooded area along the Lambro, of which it was a privileged observation point. Repeatedly restored, the mill is probably the only surviving relic of the ancient defensive line protecting Monza.
