It is the last of the mills designed by architect Giacomo Tazzini and the most elaborate. When it was active it was operated by the Lambro, through the Roggia Molinara. The farmhouse, already surveyed in the 17th century, consists of two buildings, for residential and agricultural use.
Today it is home to a farm.
The farm specializes in organic milk and yogurt production. The milk is supplied to Granarolo, while the yogurt is sold directly through a vending machine at the farmhouse. The farm includes 180 cattle, 90 of which are in robotic milking, as well as sheep, baby goats, donkeys, horses, geese, ducks, chickens, peacocks, pigeons, and two dwarf piglets, much loved by visitors.
The farmstead meadows, located within the park, are cared for without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides, ensuring a healthy and natural environment. The animals live outdoors and can be visited daily. Visits can be booked for schools and groups, offering a unique and fascinating educational experience.
