On Via Mantegazza, at the corner with Via Missori, we find Casa Ranzini. A reworking of an earlier building, it was commissioned by Ferruccio Ranzini from architect Aristide Conti in 1920 and was intended for commercial use on the lower floor and residential use on the upper ones.
The Art Nouveau elements, we find in the heavy concrete decorations of the balconies and the massive window gables.
