Karni&Braci, a meat and land restaurant in Monza, was born from the experience of Paolo Bassu, a dynamic and innovative innkeeper.
An experience that comes from the Sarcidan territory of the Barbaric hills, in the Sardinia most alive in his childhood, and that has manifested itself over the years in Milan, with a series of openings of high-level restaurants, where raw materials, quality and good humor have always been the masters.
