That is why it is possible from time to time to see Mario sitting at the table sipping good wine with some now friendly customer discussing the dish to be prepared for Sunday lunch or the next musical evening.
In fact, the other passion that warms the place is that of good music for which periodically different musical groups are proposed to listen live.
The kitchen menu is not too extensive, in fact every day different fresh land and sea products are chosen to be offered at our table as first and second courses.
The pizza list is definitely more varied: it ranges from classic to gourmet pizzas to which special pizzas are periodically added with special ingredients typical of the season.
Two types of dough are offered: of 00 or whole wheat flour. Both are worked to perfection in the Neapolitan tradition and leavened 24 h. The result is a pizza with a higher crust and a thin interior that nonetheless maintains fragrance and lightness.
Weekly they offer different desserts with southern flavors.
