Antonella, Salvatore and Vincenzo, from an early age with a passion for the table and cooking.
They grew up in Raffadali (Agrigento), a small village not far from the Valley of the Temples and the Scala dei Turchi.
The family farm, characterized by vineyards, almond and olive groves, with secondary activities of legumes, vegetables and cereals, creates in the siblings a strong sensitivity to nature. Respect for seasonal cycles and the safety of the food chain are part of the way of being of I Butticè.
Sicilian culture and openness to the guest and hospitality complement a vocation that matures over the years, with continuity, passion and dedication.
