SAMSARA E VOLTA ROSSA

Samsara restaurant was created in 1980 inside the seventeeth-century Villa Tizzoni, surrouded by the spectacular Parco Increa. The restaurant gets a particular characteristic: it's the first vegetarian restaurant in Brianza and it is ricognised by AVI (Vegetarian Italian Association).
You can taste mediterranean dishes, but also try typical prdoucts from vegetarian and vegan cuisine such as tofu, seitan, mopur and tempeh. All the vegetables are chosen according to the availability of the seasons and you can eat vegetables, cereals and pulses, less used in the italian traditional cuisine (like red potato, topinambur, quinoa and amaranth).

Firstly La Volta Rossa was created as brewery and tea room, but in 2001 it became a wine bar with a restaurant. It is set inside the wonderful seventeeth-century cellar of Villa Tizzoni, under the Samsara restaurant.
The wine bar is characterized by a wide and vintage wine selection (there are about 160 wine labels from all italian country, but also some foreign production) and a rich and delicious menu.
