Fondo Brugarolo offers a kitchen that ground its roots in the Lombard tradition and meneghina but turning her  sharp look to the contemporary practice.

In our kitchen we respect the seasons of the products with particularly attention to the choice of the first matter from our territory. The vegetables, especially in summer, are from our vegetable garden and aromatic herbs produced in our greenhouses according to the biologic agricultures decrees, they are the base of all our dish.

The proposes changes depending on the availability of the first matter both fruit, vegetable and meats, both in the majority produced and bred in our farm in the respect of nature in all her shapes.
