Fondo Brugarolo offers a kitchen that grounds its roots in the Lombard and Milanese tradition but turning her sharp look to the contemporary practice.

In our kitchen we respect the season of the products with particular attention to the choice of the raw materials from our territory. The vegetables, especially in summer, come from our vegetable garden and aromatic herbs are produced in our greenhouses according to the biologic agricultures decrees; they are the base of all our dishes.

The offer changes depending on the availability of the ingredients both fruit, vegetable and meats, all in the majority produced and bred in our farm in the respect of nature in all her shapes.
