The exhibition investigates the European art scene between the late 19th century and the post-World War II period through the graphic work of its greatest protagonists, from Henri Toulouse-Lautrec to Paul Cézanne, from Pablo Picasso to Vasilij Kandinsky, from Marc Chagall to Joan Miró, from Alberto Giacometti to Jean Dubuffet, from Alberto Burri to Lucio Fontana, and others.
The exhibition, curated by Simona Bartolena with Enrico Sesana and Luigi Tavola, highlights, through more than 120 original sheets, the importance of the art print as an autonomous means of expression.
The exhibition is produced and realized by ViDi cultural,in collaboration with the Consortium Villa Reale and Park of Monza, under the Patronage of the Municipality of Monza.
