The Osteria Magenta 7 was born from chef Antonello's intention to have his guests rediscover the flavors of the Italian peasant tradition, revisiting recipes from Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto that best accompany polenta, considered queen of the table in the days of our grandparents and great-grandparents and now almost forgotten. Rediscovering the potential of an old disused workshop was the work of his wife Federica, an architect, and the many friends who, with their advice and help, contributed to the creation of an elegant and welcoming environment, with some hints of originality, which goes well with the chef's cuisine.
