PAOLO FRESU & URI CAINE
Paolo Fresu trumpet flugelhorn, effects Uri Caine pianoforte
Paolo Fresu and Uri Caine longtime sodalists, are two great personalities of modern jazz. In their projects and performances, the two musicians perfectly balance lyricism and rhythmic shots, blues, American songs, jazz repertoire and valuable classical quotations. If Fresu is one of the best-known jazz musicians to Italian (and international) audiences, he is no less than Uri Caine, an over-the-top pianist when it comes to playing no-frills jazz, who has achieved popularity primarily for his vivid imagination as a composer. Together, the two tackle the game with surprising simplicity.

Freak Machine is the trio led by trumpeter Giovanni Falzone. A perfect machine for alternating executive moments with well-defined structures and moments of pure interplay, where the freedom of instantaneous composition of individuals merges into a single soul, capable of being "in the moment."
In this journey in search of freedom, far from pre-established patterns, comes the opportunity to create a real show where the figure of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is at the center.
A concert that is a true spectacle of the unexpected: a jazz trio capable of opening up to rock and progressive, but with an expertise and knowledge of the world of classical music in dialogue with Munedaiko, a Japanese sacred drum trio.
