The culinary festival, this year at its 14th edition, takes up the challenge of Expo Milano 2015 and its theme "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life".
Symbol and theme for the local festival is Mais (maize): nurturing base of populations and key ingredient of Brianza culinary tradition. The mais will be offered in the menus presented by restaurateurs giving the opportunity to rediscover recipes designed to delight the palate and to transmit ancient culinary memories.
The program also includes some monthly exhibitions called "Appointments with the territory", where meetings, conferences, tours, animations and taste workshops will enhance different locations in Brianza.
