Bike Sharing

The service consists of 22 stations now active in the municipality of Monza. At the disposal of citizens and city users are 70 bicycles that can be used 24 hours a day every day of the week. The bicycles can be picked up and returned at different stations. 
From 1/12 the new app will be available for download at the following link .
Old users of the BicinCittà app or www.bicincitta.com can log in with the same user/password. If you used the card, you can continue to use it, but we still recommend downloading the Weelo app and logging in, so that you can keep track of your trips, the expiry date of your subscription and your remaining credit.

Electric scooters and E-Bikes

Monza offers a sustainable mobility service with 500 electric scooters and 200 pedelecs.

Service details

  • Free Floating: The service is free floating, active throughout the municipal territory.
  • Restricted Parking Areas: The city centre, the station and the park are areas with specific parking areas, mapped on the providers' apps. These areas are physically marked with stickers, road markings and modular infrastructure.
  • Free Parking: Outside restricted areas, parking is free according to the rules of the Highway Code and in areas designated as ‘preferential parking points’.
  • Speed Limitations: In the pedestrian areas of the historic centre, vehicles are limited to a speed limit of 10 km/h and 6 km/h in areas of high pedestrian density.

Prohibited Traffic Areas: Traffic is prohibited along Viale Marconi, Viale Enrico Fermi, Viale delle Industrie, Viale Stucchi, SP60 and in the Villa Reale Gardens.

Car Sharing

Car sharing is an innovative mobility service that allows short-term vehicle rental.
A self-service car that allows you to travel comfortably in the city and out of town, allowing you to do without your own car and no longer have the fixed costs of stamp duty and insurance, maintenance and fuel. And when you return, parking is reserved for the car you are using!

Ubeeqo Service

By subscribing to the Ubeeqo service, you can reserve and pick up vehicles from their dedicated parking spaces.

The 2 Fiat Panda euro 4 are parked in Monza

  • in Largo IV Novembre, in the city centre
  • in the FS Railway Station, in Piazza Castello (Monza Stazione park)

and over 150 throughout the city of Milan, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In addition you can:

  • access Area C without paying
  • circulate on days when traffic is blocked
  • park for free in the TPM parking areas in Monza and in the blue and yellow stripes in Milan
  • use the service in the main European cities where Ubeeqo is present

From 1 hour to 72 consecutive hours of rental, paying a fee that varies according to the time of use and kilometres travelled.

E-VAI, the electric car sharing

E-Vai has made available in the Monza area 5 Renault Zoe full electrics, five-seater cars with a range of 400 km and a maximum speed of 130 km/h.

A service active throughout Lombardy and integrated with regional railways and Lombardy airports that can be booked online or via App.
E-Vai stations can be found at the major railway junctions in Lombardy:

  • Milan Cadorna
  • Milan Porta Garibaldi
  • Milan Bovisa
  • Milan Centrale
  • Malpensa
  • Linate
  • Orio al Serio.

Parking on blue and yellow lines and at Lombardy airports is free of charge and access to Milan's Area C and restricted traffic zones is free.
