Restaurant The Zuccona in Triuggio is the result of the passion for cooking of its owner Elio Beretta.

Elio worked until 2011 in Paris, where he opened and managed several important restaurants in which he used to propose menu from the Brianza culinary tradition.

Back in Italy, Elio decided to open a new restaurant in Brianza (Restaurant The Zuccona) which offers classic Brianza cuisine, but with a modern twist and a bit of "French touch" that makes special every single dish.
