To mark the 2026 Italian Grand Prix, Monza FuoriGP returns from September 4 to 6, featuring events and activities for residents and tourists. Among the most anticipated activities are the 16 free guided tours, aimed at adults, families, and children, with multilingual itineraries that allow visitors to explore the historic center, the Villa Reale, and the Cappella Espiatoria. It’s an opportunity to experience the city in a unique way, surrounded by art, history, and the beauty of the area.

History, art, and interesting facts: a perfect blend preserved in the historic center of Monza, which holds traces of the city’s ancient past. A walk to discover ancient Roman Modica, evidenced by the remains of the Ponte di Arena, all the way to the treasures of medieval Modoetia—the era when the famous cathedral dedicated to St. John the Baptist and the Arengario town hall were built.

The Villa Reale in Monza was one of the favorite residences of King Umberto I and Queen Margherita of Savoy, who spent long vacations here. The palace has always been characterized by the presence of the grand Royal Gardens, set within the much larger context of Monza Park. A walk from the Cappella Espiatoria—a monument erected in memory of King Umberto, who was assassinated here in the summer of 1900—to the Royal Palace’s grounds will take us on a journey of discovery through one of the most fascinating monumental and landscape complexes in the history of Italy and the Brianza region.
