The Musei Civici pay tribute to Anselmo Bucci a painter from the Marche region on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of his death in Monza, his adopted city, in 1955: an exhibition curated by Alberto Crespi featuring works from the museum spanning decades of his career, between Monza, Paris and Milan, and telling the story of a multifaceted artist against the backdrop of European artistic events of the first half of the 20th century.
The exhibition is organized in collaboration with the Association of Friends of the Museums of Monza and Brianza ETS and MEMB Ethnological Museum of Monza and Brianza

Family lab for families with boys and girls (accompanied by at least one adult) from 3 to 11 years
Anselmo Bucci is a great painter who lived in Monza for a long time; many of his paintings are on display in the temporary exhibition and in the museum at this time. Anselmo was a great traveler and painted many different means of transportation in his works, from bicycles to airplanes! we will take a tour to discover all the vehicles he drew and then, in the workshop, we will dedicate a portrait to him aboard the vehicle we like best!
